Frequently Asked Questions
What is WholeClaim?
WholeClaim helps homeowners organize documentation for property claims and disputes. It creates a structured record of evidence, timelines, documents, and related information.
Does WholeClaim handle my insurance claim for me?
No. WholeClaim is a documentation and organization tool. It does not communicate with insurers on your behalf, negotiate claims, or act as a public adjuster.
Does WholeClaim provide insurance advice?
No. WholeClaim helps organize documentation. It does not provide insurance advice, guarantee claim approval, or determine claim outcomes.
Can WholeClaim guarantee that my claim will be paid?
No. Claim decisions are made by insurance companies, government agencies, contractors, or other third parties. WholeClaim does not control or predict those decisions.
What is Claim Grade?
Claim Grade is WholeClaim's documentation completeness assessment. It evaluates how organized and complete your claim file is based on information entered into WholeClaim. It is not a prediction of claim approval, settlement amount, or outcome.
Can I export my claim file?
Yes. WholeClaim is designed to help you maintain an organized record that can be exported and shared.
Why can't I upload?
Free accounts include 25 uploaded files per claim. You've reached that limit for this claim — upgrade to Pro for unlimited uploads, or delete a file you no longer need to make room.
Does deleting a file free up space?
Yes — deleting a file removes it permanently and immediately frees a slot in your 25-file limit for this claim.
Why does the limit apply even though my other claims have room?
The 25-file limit is per claim, not shared across your account — each claim gets its own 25 free uploads.
